


Vinyasa Flow I + II
Wednesdays @ 6:30-7:30 pm (with Susie)
This is a combined Vinyasa Flow I & II class! These practices will be faster-paced than our traditional Vinyasa Flow classes, as we work to synchronise breath, body, and mind in a constant flow of movement. Practitioners will explore more demanding yoga postures and work on building strength and stamina. Previous yoga experience is an asset.
