


Introduction to Yoga / Vinyasa Flow I
Tuesdays @ 7:00-8:00 pm (with Abby)
This is a combined Intro and Vinyasa Flow I class. We’ll help students to build strength, stability, flexibility, and stamina, as they cultivate a more nuanced awareness of the powerful mind-body-breath connection. This class is beginner friendly, but also aims at assisting beginners with the transition to a more challenging yoga practice.
