Mondays (with Susie) or Wednesdays (with Abby) @ 5:30-6:30pm
Vinyasa Flow I classes are aimed at assisting our seasoned beginners with the transition toward a more challenging yoga practice. We’llhelp students to build strength, stability, flexibility, and stamina, as they cultivate a more nuanced awareness of the powerful mind-body-breath connection.
