These classes emphasize simple ways of slowing down and finding stillness in supported poses. By teaching our minds, bodies, and our nervous systems how to rest in a yoga studio setting, we can also learn how to better regulate our emotions and manage symptoms related to overwork, stress, anxiety, and depression in our daily lives.
